Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

All of this information is stored securely and privately our email system is operated by Gmail and our Customer details are stored securely on a Hootsuite account.

We may occasionally contact you by email with information about our services that may interest you – we do this for direct marketing purposes under the Legitimate Interest lawful basis. We will only make contact if you have signed up to our newsletter, or have filled out our contact form. If you do not wish to receive such details you can easily opt-out of receiving further information from us by selecting unsubscribe on the bottom of our emails or by getting in touch with us. You should clearly state your name and email address on all communications.

Accessing or removing your data

You may request for any data stored about you to be entirely removed from our database by contacting us.
